Cyclone has Hit and Passed...

Just a quick update about the cyclone...we had quite a bit of rain for 2 days, but the wind wasn't too bad. It hit mostly in the town of Mackay, about 6 hours north of us. They lost power and had some damage, but nothing major. They're old pros with these types of storms and had everyone prepared.

We're waiting for the sun to come out again before heading to the beach...hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow. Today is pizza night - every Tuesday, we get 2 - $5 large pizzas that lasts us about 4 meals. And we go to tennis league afterwards to work it all off! Pretty good deal.
